Custom-Made Products: For custom orders, delivery times may vary depending on the design and workload. Once your order is received, we will inform you of the estimated delivery timeline.

Return Policy
You can return your ready-to-ship products purchased from Beq Studio within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
⚠️ Custom Orders: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized products.
